[amsat-bb] KLM antenna polarization wiring error?

Some time back, there was a mention that KLM had an installation instruction
error for one of their satellite antennas which resulted in polarization the
opposite of what was intended.  Other than a couple of vague references, I
haven't been able to find any details.  Anybody have any specifics on this,
before I check with M2?
