[amsat-bb] AO-51 PSK-31 Mode - Pass 1092

AO-51 with strong signal as always on GG66pl,
AOS at 12:40 UTC.
My PSK-31 downlink very loud and made a big
mark on MixW waterfall, but none station  to
made a QSO, maybe on the next pass.
