Yes, Eric I have run into this problem.  I am on the edge of canceling out of
this entire affair until I can make some common sense of it all.  I am most 
willing to share a room during the convention but I'll be damned if I will be
held up as a common thief for doing so!!!!
     Martha indicated I should ask for Moniquie but I have been put off ever
time.  If and when I can get decent reservation at the hotel, I'll try and
arrange FAR CHEAPER travel arrangements.  Don't you think there is something
very wrong here?  I sure as hell do!!!  As usual, if I am wrong not
understanding the East coast mentality, tell me so.  It's almost too late now.
