Probably Martha does business where BOD ask her where to do business. But i just added up some numbers taken
from 2001-2002 audited financial reports (Martha just confirm me recently 2003 audited financial report is
not ready yet...)

2001-2002 unrealized and net loss on investments and loss on sales of securities $133933

2001 deficit of $ 32518
2002 deficit of $314369
2003 deficit of $ 73009 not audited
Total 3 years deficit $419896

Now questions for the six BOD candidates and the actual BOD members.

If AMSAT-NA recuring annual deficit seems to be a trend how long this near half a million accumulated
deficits will continue to impaired AMSAT-NA?

How can we on one side asking money to funds satellite and loosing more money on the other side?

Is this President club program and the other donors ones are a way to bring cash flow to sustained theses
deficits to avoid to pay theses deficits by using the reserves?

Are the donors programs are more a cash flow sources than a real satellite funding program?

How BOD will cope with theses annual deficits? Aside of an cosmetic endowment program which real measures
will be taken to cut in expenses? (Knowing we gain 64 new members in 2003 about $3000 more revenues:)

If BOD members does not want to answered back on AMSAT-BB could be we should ask theses question in the AMSAT
journal in a new "QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS FROM OUR READERS" page? Or freedom of speech stops at AMSAT-NA
membership card?
