[amsat-bb] ECHO reception

Hi all

Still waiting for higher power from echo. 

Poor reception on 24 degree elevation pass to west of long island NY.
When power was up to one watt, I had good reception for a couple minutes
down to 15 degrees elevation.
Still using 500 vertical and dual band rig.
Similar results with 12 element CP yagi.

Good reception on high angle passes. 73, Patrick N2OEQ
