If you tried today, then the radio is turned off for the 
EVA.  It will hopefully be back on by the end of the 
weekend if not sooner.  There is no tone.  Keep listening 
to 145.80 and watch the SAREX list for bulletins on the 
ISS radios.

Hi,
Can you say me the frequency of ISS uplink and if is 
necessary tone, I will
try on 437,800 but nothing to do when signal was over S9. 
My condition was TMD
700 and collinear antenna like a diamond X300. Can you 
help me?
