Re: ISS satellite QSO?
If you work another ham on the ground, yes, it counts as a satellite contact
towards all the AMSAT awards and the ARRL awards. However, if you work an
astronaut, you do it for the fun of it, they do not count towards any of the
AMSAT or ARRL awards.
You can also use your packet contacts through the ISS towards awards.
