[amsat-bb] RF Ouput for FM birds?

Whzt is the recomended uplink power for the FM birds? I just tried 5 watts
on AO-51 and never heard myself on the downlink.  Pass just finished here
(FM09AP) about 5 minutes ago.

Heard it all great since last night I made one of those "Cheap Yagi" 435
beams and it was almast as full quieting as the local repeater.  Even heard
someone make a remark about no pileup on AO-51 this morning.
