[amsat-bb] 2.4 preamp front-end overload

Seemed to have found the problem. Anything over roughly 10 watts into the 1.2 
patch overloads the Khune 2.4 preamp. I have discussed a fix with Dr. RF, 
KG6IAL. I will post the results when its tested and completed for anyone else 
possibly having RF overload with FM carrier.
