The only time you should see that is the very first time you start the
DSP-2232, or if you have done a full RESET.  If that comes up every time you
turn the unit on, the battery backup for the RAM is dead or at least
disconnected.  ECHOTLM is not set up to do a full reinitialization, though
it sounds as if Pakratt is.  The battery, according to Timewave, can be
replaced with either a BR-2032 or CR-2032.

You might be able to get away as a test with letting PakRatt initialize the
unit, and then running ECHOTLM, but you need to sort out the hardware
problem first.
