[amsat-bb] echo antenna reception

Hello to all-

Still marginal reception of oscar echo. Same results with two different
antennas; diamond 500 vertical and 12 element RHCP yagi in shack.
No reception for first and last 3 to 4 minutes and noisy to good reception
in between. Both antennas exhibit similar gain. No preamp and Yaesu dual
band FT-8800 R rig.

When echo power was up to 1 watt I had better reception down to about 15
degrees elevation. Now 30 degrees is marginal.

Good reception at very high angles including vertical and table top
scanner.
