The Moon's orbit doesn't really follow the Keplerian model very well,
but it's possible to generate temporary elements that predict the
Moon's orbit with reasonable accuracy for a limited period. At
http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftpsoft.html#pc-eme there's a DOS program
called MoonKeps that can generate pseudo-Keplerian elements for the
Moon. The documentation for that program also includes elements for
the Sun.
Note that some tracking programs won't accept Sun or Moon elements
because the parameters are way outside the normal range for
artificial satellites.
