[amsat-bb] Echo reception

Hi

Echo is still transmitting about half a watt. During high angle pass near
new york this late morning I had noisy reception for most of pass except
first and last 4 minutes. I'm using vertical and FT-8800R dual band radio.

Temporarily stored dual band yagi so I could characterize vertical
performance.
