[amsat-bb] Weak Signal Day?

In light of AO-51's popularity, here's a suggestion. Why not have one day a
week set aside for those using portable and QRP satellite equipment? It
wouldn't exclude any stations from using the satellite on that day, it would
only suggest that others make an effort to "yield" to those using QRP and
portables.

It would give those who have limited power and equipment a better chance at
the satellite -- not to mention a regular oportunity to demonstrate theirs
and Echo's ability to work well with weak signals.

Who knows? It may even spill over to a smallest portable / QRP station
ZRO-like test on all birds.

Just a suggestion...
