I had the same thing here. I solved the problem by deleting all entries in
WiSP's satellite data base ( probably unnecessary ). I then downloaded a
freash set of keps and edited the satellite name -- I changed it from
AMSAT-ECHO to AO-51. WiSP accepted the entry after that. Hope it works for
you.

BBS = PACB-12
