Assuming that I've been transmitting to the satellite, and now I release
PTT on the mike (or press the spacebar on my laptop, or whatever).
and now I want to send the compressed Mic-E packet and a short beep.
How long should the TXDELAY be? My transmitter is already transmitting
so one only need enough HDLC flags sent so that the 9600 baud modem
on the receive side can achieve bit sync. In this case, when the transmitter
doesn't have to be keyed up, what's a reasonable value for TXDELAY?
