[amsat-bb] Use ECHO's 9600 Baud

Need advice on gettting on 9600 baud now that ECHO is alive and well.

I have an MFJ-1278b
I have a AEA-PK-232MBX with all Timewave mods
and a Kantronics KPC-2  (the little one people use for APRS)

I also have a recent IC-910H computer hooked.

I've heard that mods and daughter board to acheive 9600 exist, but can't
find them anywhere.  Buying a 9600 baud modem outright seems a little
pricey.

Ideas?
