I'm in agreement with Bill here. I replied to Dr. Kelso's request and put a
strong case on behalf of the CUBESAT program on the table in favor of Kep
element broadcasts. Should we place a copy of that request here or are AMSAT
members motivated enough to reply on their own? Cliff K7RR
