[amsat-bb] Unable to update the Keps Into Wisp

Hi to the list,
Hi Roy,
I cannot update the kep file in GSC.
Every time I call the update satellite database and
Choosed the kep file I get the following response:

NO STAELLITES FOUND!

I have tried also to call an old kep file but get the same result.
I have tried to delete the Wisp.kep file and the Schedule File and
retried but get always the same error.
Any help will be appreciated.
