[amsat-bb] Actual AO-51 downlink frequencies?

I was just wondering if anyone with precise instrumentation has made a
measurement of the actual downlink frequencies?  Clearly they are very close
to nominal, but I was wondering how close they actually are.  There always
seems to be a slight shift due to the shake and bake of launch.
