[amsat-bb] WV update

I have had some luck working SO-50 on the HT and whip the last few days.
Thanks for those who came back to me.  The current plan is to try to be
in
WV for the Wends afternoon overhead pass of SO-50.  I show it occurring
at:

      3:50 EDT (1950 UTC Aug 4).

 If I make a contact on that pass we will continue on to
Maryland. If not I will try the two morning pass of SO-50 on Thursday.

     1006 and 1147 UTC Aug 5

I will also try AO-51 on the following passes but I do not expect to
be able to make a 2-way QSO.

     0329 and  1532 UTC Aug 5.
