[amsat-bb] WV on HT on SO-50 & AO-51

I am going to try to work a sat from my 48th state this Wends (Aug 4)
night or Thursday (Aug 5) morning.

All I have with me is a HT and a 17" whip so I am going to need some
help.  I have been listening
to both AO-51 and SO-50 for the last few days and do not think I have
made it in.  I even tried from the
top of the Empire State Bld but the intermod was very bad there and was
only able to catch a few words
on SO-50's downlink.

A lot of you know my voice so please listen for me and give me a chance.
I will be in WV for the try to add a new "worked from" grid and state.
