[amsat-bb] FT-736 ENC Tone tip

	For anyone having no luck getting into AO-51 using A FT-736.....
I was setting up the CTCSS for the 67HZ ENC on a unfamiliar 736 and
found to my dismay, just because the front panel setup for ENC indications
all look normal does not mean the optional FTS-8 CTCSS tone board is 
installed.
I had to take both top and bottom covers off and fold the front panel down
to confirm it was not tnstalled. Another way would be to test with another
radio if you have one that has CTCSS capability. Not a bad idea anyway.
