[amsat-bb] 70cm preamp

Hello to all on the list,

I've listened for Echo a time or two, and am sure my results would be much
improved by a 70cm preamp.

Does anyone have a easy tried and true design using MMICs? I have a small
collection of MMICs, and an even smaller collection of cash for other parts!
