The time was 1849z on 31 July - 2/3rds of the continent were in the footprint.

I'm not sure what your point would be? If it was that all the QRM is
coming from the South and East of the US that may be, but on the other hand
at an elevation of under 20 degrees the path loss is enough to say that it
is still a challenge. But even with the satellite over the Arctic circle
the major population areas of the US and Canada are all in the footprint.

I don't think we can blame all the QRM on Texas and Florida, but we could
certainly try (hihi - ducking)
