[amsat-bb] AO51 in IO92JP

Hi All
I managed to work ON,F,SM,PE and ES1 on an AO51 orbit at about 2pm local 
this afternoon but I had to run at least 10w into my quad but I noticed that 
the polarization altered rapidly on the D/L.
