[amsat-bb] RE: AO-51 NEWS

Any recommended operating procedures/guidelines for the first few days of
operation on AO-51 from the command team? There seems to be a lot of
built-up demand for this bird (I think I am the only one who did not post a
reception report after launch), and obviously a limited amount of bandwidth.
