[amsat-bb] Echo AO-51 SWL Report 7-31-04

I was not set up to transmit but took a listen to the 
pass of  18:43 UTC on the mobile rig.  I was receiving
with my usual setup: Alinco DJ-V5T  HT with ARR
preamp and quarter wave whip antenna. 

This was from 18:46 to about 18:55  and downlink 
frequency of  435.315 to 435.295 (On my dial).
