[amsat-bb] re: ao-51 carrier

Heard this last night as well (the 10:22PM EDT south to north pass over the
eastern US). Using my Arrow and a FT-530 HT -- Very strong signals, but only
N1JEZ and KB2M and a VE3 seemed to be able to punch through, and even those
guys got cut out by "the carrier" effect. I'm assuming it's simply the RX
getting swamped.
