[amsat-bb] AO-51 sounding great in Alaska

Worked two passes tonight.  There were a lot of folks in the lower 48 that
transmit a lot without hearing the bird.  Please get your downlink working,
before trying to uplink.  AO-51 sounds a lot like a local repeater, great
audio.
