I had the same problem.  Make sure that WISP is in the Path of the
Autoexec.bat.  I also put LHA, PKZIP and UNZIP in the WISP directory.  I
also downloaded a different version of the three compression programs off
the internet.  That is what I did to get by the cannot find compression
programs error.
