[amsat-bb] Another auction with 25% to AMSAT Eagle

I'm auctioning one of my HTX-400 70cm handhelds. It's a good little radio
that I've used mainly for receiving the FM sats. It's so small I used an
adapter and put it right at the feedpoint of my Arrow. I'll donate 25% of
the final auction price to Eagle.

I have some other auctions going too, and if you win and let me know you saw
it here, I'll donate 25% of those too.
