[amsat-bb] Echo TLM w/ D700?

I've been trying to copy Echo TLM using my Kenwood TM-D700, so far all 
I've seen
are a couple of time stamp and status packets by just turning on the 
monitor functions.
If your using this setup, please pass any hints to get it going, as so 
far I have not been able to
see any packets using tlmecho program and kiss mode.
