[amsat-bb] AO-51 reception on scanner

Greetings to the group.

This is patrick, N2OEQ Long Island New York

At 15:27utc during a high elevation pass, I heard oscar echo downlink
435.300 test on my pro-2018 scanner with the supplied antenna and no
preamp. I am shopping for a preamp but before I do, Does anyone know what
the power level was for that test? Perhaps I can get by without the
preamp.
