That's odd... It is definitely supposed to be a zero.

I finally made it into iss. One small change that no one mentioned. I used
the path rsoiss-3 thats an oh not a zero. It worked i was digied. I saw
the iss id was rs-zero-iss, but the oh worked for me. Whats with that?
