[amsat-bb] AO-51 heard in CM88

Usual digital downlink at 435.15 (+/- doppler) and a strong, apparently
unmodulated carrier at 435.30 (+/- doppler) on for all or nearly all of
the pass for the Rocky's (11:20:25 11:27:17 11:34:17 predicted).  Sorry, 
S-band not setup right now.
