[amsat-bb] Message Maker???

Every time I try to send a message with WISP or an attachment,  I get an
error "Unable to Load Compression Program".  I have PKUNZIP , PKZIP and LHA
in WISP directory with the path in Autoexec.bat "Path=C:\WISP".  I am
running XP Home edition.  Any idea what I am doing wrong??
