And to make matters worst, UNISAT 3  was showing an orbit of 339 when 
AMSAT-ECHO
was at 274. SAUDICOMSAT 1 was at 303 and SAUDICOMSAT 2 was 305 at the same 
time. All of these rode the same launch up.

Anyone care to explain that.
