[amsat-bb] wisp & gs-232

Hi All,
   before I go running off  with a bug report can anyone else confirm that 
Wisp will not drive a Yaesu GS-232A directly?  it seems that Wisp is sending 
the wrong pattern i.e.
W180 21

instead of the full 3 digit directions that a GS-232A needs

W180 021
