Chow,

There isn't enought doppler to worry about on 2m most of the time, so just
let it correct the downlink (because it can) and forget about the uplink. I
have done this for years and it works just fine. You can also refer to
WB4APR's comments, where he says the same thing. The 847 can't do what you
want it to do, but fortunately, it isn't really necessary.

p.s., there may be a way to do what you want with SatPC32, but I can't
recall. The software you are using definitely won't do it.
