[amsat-bb] Voice on Echo 1557 UTC Pass

Heard command station KE4AZN on voice on Echo on 435.15mhz +/- Doppler on
the 1557 UTC pass just now.  At one point he said "power all the way down"
and I still copied on my magnetic mount center loaded antenna.  See:

Thanks to the command stations for all the hard work - can't wait to use the
bird whenever you are done with testing.
