Hi all,

every time I try to upload TLM data files to ECHO TLM repository I got this
error:

I'm using TlmEcho v. 1.04, what's the problem ?

P.S. just received AO-51 TLM at ~ 19:30 UTC pass max el. about 25°
     TX power 1W, my setup:
     - kenwood TS-2000 with internal TNC
     - antenna 2x15 HyGain (best rx on LHCP)
     - no antenna PRE
     - RTX PRE on
     - signal from S3 to S9+10
