[amsat-bb] 9600 Baud TNC Information

I have posted a preliminary document on 9600 baud modems that have been 
tested and are compatible with Echo TLM.  Operating notes are found by 
clicking on the Comment link for each modem.

The list does not include the Kenwood radios as they are not TNCs but are 
radios with built in TNCs.  If you own one or are considering buying one, 
you can find the appropriate information in the user manual, which can be 
downloaded for free from the Kenwood website.
