Yes you can.

I have my FT-736R CAT running parallel with the KCT and a com port
RS-232/TTL adapter.
The KCT runs fully when I use WiSP but when I'm using SatPc32, it runs on
the com port.
You just have to configure SatPc32 to have the com port you are using for
the CAT interface and disable the CAT DDE.

I don't use the KCT in SatPc32 because I can't seem to get the 67Hz Pl tone
to work for SO-50 and soon for AO-51.
If someone has managed to get their Pl tone with a KCT in SatPc32, please
let me know.
