[amsat-bb] ECHO vs ISS

On both ECHO and ISS passes on july 10 EDT i guess i copy the 9600 bauds noise but quite a challenge to 
manually track and doppler compensate when reading on one PC the foot print and on another the AX-25 frames. 
plus a DCD light watch between the above mentionned operations.

Just to say at least the DCD light was flickering a lot. The 9600 bauds seems to be received at the TNC.

Just after ECHO i jump on ISS to test a new VHF antenna and i got the following message list.
