[amsat-bb] ECHO pass

Was it me?
Just listened for the 18:14 UTC pass of ECHO over Southern California,
should have been a 76 degree altitude pass. I didn't hear a thing. I copied
the 49 degree pass last night, same equipment etc.

Anybody else notice this or was it me.

Equipment: FT-817, Symek TNC3S, Arrow 7 element beam.
