The Alinco DJ-G5T[H] is full duplex and works very well in mode J-FM.  The 
DJ-G5TH runs 5W with its stock battery (and 7W off of 13.8V).  Alas, i think
this rig is only available used at this point.  

The older ICOM IC-W2A also operates in full-duplex.
