ECHO TLM question

Subject: [amsat-bb] ECHO TLM question

Now that I have captured data from ECHO, can I "play it back" through 
tlmECHO? I have several .csv (RAW and ENG) and .kss files. If I can't use 
tlmECHO are there any other programs available?
