[amsat-bb] usb serial ports and MixW/WiSP

All interested,

I just received UO-22 using my null modem cable and the last two usb serial 
ports I had available. Per email from Don Woodword and others it DOES work.

Don't know anything about its accuracy.

I sold all my TNC except for a KPC3 I use on the DX cluster and an old TAPR 
DSP93 that no one seemed to want, hi
