[amsat-bb] tlmecho

Hello folks,
need a little help with the tlm echo software. I keep getting th runtime
error when I try and open it. Downloaded the complete package, so all the
files should be in place. Trying to setup mixw with tlmecho . (using the
sound card)  :-)  always fun....
